Subject	problem...interior lights dim when i turn on my headlights.

Message	ok when i turn on my car all my accessorie lights work fine! light up good no issues (eg. cock, electronic climate control, speedo ect..) but when i turn the knob to turn on my day time running lights or head lights.. all those lights listed previously dim allot, to the point where if its day time i can no longer read them. has anyone else had or have this issue? how did you fix it? thanks.
